On the Monday after Happy Father's Day, wishing the Dads — each of your Dads, and all Dads — a belated Happy Dad's Day! For this week going with one of my favorite musings: the advice that my grandfather used to say to me, 'Stay Clean.' My grandfather, Harold Linwood Priest, Sr., passed away in 2007 at the age of 88. Married 65 years to my Nana, Cecilia. Father of seven. Grandfather of fifteen. 14 great-grandchildren. A US Postman. And a Veteran of both the Army and Navy.
